Description We are seeking an experienced

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing strategy and coordinate key events to drive brand growth and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will manage multiple websites, oversee a growing marketing team, and execute targeted campaigns and events including conferences and user group meetings that attract, engage and drive qualified lead generation.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute digital marketing strategies focused on demand generation and lead acquisition through SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing.

Manage and optimize paid content marketing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. to drive leads and conversions.

Create and manage digital content across platforms including blogs, social media, email marketing, etc.

Manage and maintain multiple company websites, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.

Implement and manage marketing automation tools.

Analyze and report on performance metrics.

Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

Collaborate with sales team and CEO to define target audiences and build lead funnels that align with business goals.

Plan and execute marketing events including conferences and user group meetings.

Oversee event logistics, marketing materials, and post event follow up to maximize ROI and attendee engagement.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including website management and campaign execution.

Preferably marketing experience in a software or IT industry.

Proven experience leading a team and managing cross‑functional projects.

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Google Ads, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.

Proven success in lead generation and conversion rate optimization.

Excellent writing and content development skills.
