Collibra is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our dynamic Product Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for engaging with analysts aligned with Collibra’s core competencies around data and AI governance, data quality, unstructured data, and more. You will own the complete plan to actively educate and engage with analysts.
This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. You will work from the office at least two days each week, meeting the hybrid model that encourages collaboration and progress as a team.
Key responsibilities
Develop and lead the analyst education strategy to build influential relationships with key analysts and proactively align with their research calendar.
Serve as the main point of contact for all analyst reports, including project planning and initial RFI response using product knowledge, previous responses, and AI tools.
Brief key stakeholder groups on analyst engagements, upcoming research, trending topics, and overall perception of Collibra’s platform capabilities and ability to execute against market needs.
Create field messaging guides for GTM teams aligned to analyst research, positioning Collibra in competitive situations and comparing critical capabilities to other vendors.
Lead promotion strategy, content creation, and implementation workflows with internal teams, including Brand, Creative, Web, and Social Media.
Qualifications
7+ years of analyst relations experience, ideally in global technology companies focusing on data management or analytics.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering business relationships based on trust, confidence, and tangible results.
Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex product features into business value for analyst education and internal enablement.
Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally with company executives, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales teams.
Exceptional time‑management and organizational skills to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Measures of success
Within 3 months: fully understand the data and AI governance landscape and build foundational relationships with analysts across three major firms, including agreed‑upon plans of engagement.
Within 6 months: proactively identify and implement at least two new initiatives for enhancing the quality and structure of communications and content to analysts, directly influencing analyst perception of Collibra’s platform capabilities.
Within 12 months: become a trusted advisor and subject‑matter expert on Collibra to analysts in the data and AI governance market.
Compensation for this role The standard base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission‑based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
