Long Term Job Description: NC FAST requires the services of a trainer/content developer to support training implementation of NC FAST Medicaid Transformation Project modules. Important Note:
Statewide travel up to 25% of the time is required. Travel may include some evenings and weekend days. Skill Set
3+ years’ experience in curriculum design and adult learning materials Knowledge of social services programs (county, regional, state) Experience translating software (NC FAST preferred) into training content Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle), HTML/XML, and web technologies Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with e-learning and computer-based training design Hands‑on experience with Adobe tools and training applications Ability to develop interactive, simulation‑based training content Experience delivering training (in-person, virtual, webinars) Experience with QA reviews and evaluating learner progress Strong communication and collaboration skills NC FAST and NC Medicaid experience highly desired Best Regards, Mohan Sai
