The salary range for this position is $96,000 to $118,500 annually based on qualifications and experience.
Here's how a Marketing Manager for our Seattle office contributes to our team:
Develops and manages strategic marketing, communications, and proposal plans, ensuring objectives are measurable and aligned with district priorities.
Leads the creation and execution of the district’s annual integrated marketing and communications plan.
Provides exceptional editing and proofreading support and reviews content for sensitivities and accuracy.
Coaches and leads a team of collaborative marketing, communications, and proposal professionals.
Oversees district marketing and website content strategies and researches emerging solutions to meet evolving needs.
Directs and approves social media strategies to support district objectives and mitigates potential reputational risk.
Evaluates, selects, and manages external vendors and partners, including related budgets.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
8+ years of experience in the AEC (architectural/engineering/construction) industry required.
