Job Description The Field Manager plays a critical leadership role at Axium Inspections, serving as the connector between our inspectors, team leaders, and the broader Services Leadership Team. This role is responsible for driving inspector performance, upholding Axium’s brand and quality standards, and building a strong, engaged field team across the Colorado market.

As a hands-on leader, the Field Manager supports inspectors through coaching, on-site evaluations, report reviews, and consistent one-on-one communication. You’ll identify performance gaps, set clear expectations, and help inspectors grow their skills and confidence, with a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and customer experience. Success in this role means developing inspectors who consistently deliver high-quality reports, represent the Axium brand with pride, and contribute to a healthy, accountable team culture.

This role also partners closely with leadership to support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development efforts. The Field Manager plays an active role in improving systems, tools, and processes by providing field-level feedback and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you’ll collaborate with other Field Managers and the Services Leadership Team to align on goals, share best practices, and support the continued growth of Axium Inspections.

If you enjoy developing people, leading from the field, and balancing performance metrics with strong relationships, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both team success and the customer experience.
