An award-winning luxury hospitality business in Charlotte is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead commercial performance across group, corporate, catering, and event business. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role suited to a proactive commercial leader who thrives in relationship‑driven sales environments and understands the standards of luxury hospitality. The role combines outbound business development, catering and event sales leadership, CRM and pipeline management, digital marketing oversight, and close collaboration with hotel operations to maximize total revenue across rooms, events, and food & beverage outlets. Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily BI reporting and analytics needs of the organization, ensuring data accuracy and developing visualizations, automated reports, and dashboards. Serve as an internal consultant, partnering with key departments to identify data‑driven opportunities. Build and maintain KPI sets and dashboards to continuously monitor performance. Design customer insights, profiles, predictive models, and projections to power data‑driven decision‑making. Oversee CRM, analytics, and CX platforms, including data collection, segmentation, and lead scoring. Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless operations and support internal users with training and proactive problem‑solving. Maintain and update BI department documentation and identify areas for process improvement. Support ad‑hoc projects, analysis, and other duties as required. Qualifications

Proven background in hotel group room sales and business transient sales, with familiarity across GDS, Cvent, and corporate travel agency ecosystems. The ability to hit the ground running and actively penetrate the local corporate and group market is key. Some experience supporting or managing marketing activity (website content, SEO, paid search, social, brand storytelling). A commercially aggressive, self‑starter profile who is comfortable operating in a lean, independent environment. Seniority level
