The Park Studios team at GE Appliances is a group of internal creatives who develop innovative ideas and agile creative content while working closely with brands Café, Profile, GE Appliances, Monogram, and Hotpoint. We aim to eliminate barriers and empower ideas, crafting compelling content through creativity, collaboration, and cultural understanding to drive brand growth and engage audiences.

We are searching for a talented and meticulous Designer who can create high-impact visual materials—product toolkits, advertising, packaging, and marketing collateral—that engage, inform, and inspire. As a part of the Park Studios team, the Designer will collaborate with Brand, Product, Merchandising, and Sales partners to develop and execute design solutions that support campaigns, product launches, and everyday marketing needs. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.## ## PositionDesigner – Park Studios## ## LocationUSA, Louisville, KY## How You'll Create Possibilities**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Partner with Park Studios, Brand, Product, and Merchandising stakeholders to develop and execute strategic creative concepts for product toolkits, packaging, retail signage, in-store merchandising, and sales materials—ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and brand priorities.* Design and deliver integrated campaign assets across print, digital, social, and in-store touchpoints, translating creative strategy into cohesive visuals that strengthen brand recognition and drive engagement.* Own design execution from concept through final production, iterating quickly based on feedback and ensuring final files are optimized for both print and digital deployment with high attention to quality and technical accuracy.* Retouch and enhance product and lifestyle imagery to meet brand, aesthetic, and production standards—ensuring consistency, polish, and strong visual storytelling across channels.* Lead creative direction for video and photography production, from concept development to ensuring final asset delivery that supports campaign goals, elevate brand perception, and meet timelines.* Embrace continuous learning and experimentation with emerging design tools, AI technologies, and industry trends to stay on the cutting edge and elevate the quality and impact of creative work.* Proof files before distribution to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.* Manage and maintain production workflows and asset organization, including resizing, formatting, exporting, and archiving—using strong file discipline, version control, and documentation to ensure assets are accessible, scalable, and reusable.* Learn, interpret and apply multiple brand standards ensuring brand-accurate expression while adapting creative to fit unique channel requirements and evolving brand needs.* Proactively seek and incorporate feedback from creative leadership and cross-functional partners, balancing stakeholder input with strong design judgment to deliver polished assets that meet brand standards and business needs.* Communicate needs, timelines, and status updates to cross-functional teams to successfully meet deadlines for assigned projects.## What You'll Bring to Our Team**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.* 3 years of relevant work experience within an agency or creative team.* Technical experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud design software with emphasis on PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.* Strong creativity and innovative design skills.* Ability to solve technical issues related to digital interfaces.* Technical knowledge of photography; strong aesthetic sense.* Pre-press experience and AI experience preferred.## **Our Culture**Our work is centered on our People and Culture as reflected in our Zero Distance philosophy and we recognize the importance of reaffirming our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D).
