Manager, Strategy & Planning

to join a collaborative and fast-paced team within a growing organization. This role will support critical planning, reporting, and analysis functions during a period of team transition and increased workload. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a deadline-driven environment. You’ll join a close-knit, outgoing team and play a key role in maintaining continuity across monthly close, reporting, and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities

Support

month-end close

activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Prepare and deliver

monthly reporting , including forecasts and budget updates

Perform financial and operational analysis and

load results into planning systems

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support planning and reporting needs

Contribute to ongoing

Power BI dashboard development and enhancements

Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as business needs arise

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in

strategy, planning, FP&A, or financial analysis

roles

Strong background in

monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting

Experience supporting

month-end close

processes

Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

Hyperion

or similar planning tools (highly preferred)

Exposure to

Power BI dashboards

or business intelligence reporting

Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
