It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.**Job Description*** Managing assigned accounts/relationships, ensuring all credit facilities are fully utilized.* Monitoring the performance of each account, identifying areas where improvements can be made and implementing measures to enhance profitability.* Cross selling other bank’s products such as investment banking, treasury and insurance.* Growing existing customers’ relationship by providing them with quality banking services and attending to their needs promptly.* Responding quickly to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.* Building strong relationships with key decision makers within each account to understand their needs and preferences.* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies when managing accounts.* Preparing regular reports to track progress and identify potential risks or opportunities.* Keeping abreast of market developments and trends to better serve customers.**Job Requirements:*** Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration / Economics / Accountancy or equivalent.* Minimum 5 years working experience in banking, preferably in corporate or commercial banking.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build long term relationships.* Ability to think creatively and outside the box.* Experience in dealing with senior management level executives.* Confident, articulate and able to work under pressure.* Proven track record of success in sales and business development.* Good knowledge of financial markets and products.* Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.## **Additional Requirements**Be a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
