What You'll Do
Design and develop motion graphics for prospecting and retargeting campaigns that drive lead generation and ROAS goals
Edit UGC content optimized for paid social channels
Collaborate with the creative team to help shape motion concepts and visual approaches, contributing ideas that elevate performance marketing beyond execution
Bring promotional motion design experience to performance work while expanding into organic social executions that support brand storytelling
Create platform-specific assets tailored to Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat, following each platform's creative best practices
Edit long-form content that drives emotional connection with consumers through compelling storytelling, branded motion elements, and intentional pacing for CTV and YouTube
Support brand content shoots through ideation, planning, and post-production processes
Collaborate with performance marketing strategists to review ad performance and iterate on creative based on data insights
Stay current on creative trends and platform-specific best practices to continually improve campaign performance
Test and optimize motion assets based on campaign performance data
Work closely with the Motion Design Manager and creative team to elevate the brand's performance marketing content
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in motion design with a portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative required
Demonstrated experience creating promotional, premium brand motion design for social-first creative, supported by portfolio examples
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for Motion(After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) required and a background in graphic design preferred
Strong foundation in motion design principles including timing, easing, composition, hierarchy, and typography as applied to performance marketing and brand storytelling required
