Relica Boost
Relica Boost, a boutique influencer marketing agency, is looking for a talented and highly organized marketing coordinator to assist with our ongoing influencer campaign efforts and day-to-day operations. The role will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Account Lead and support the day-to-day campaign management tasks for our client partnerships across fintech, education, ecommerce, and music.
Responsibilities
Sourcing new influencers that align with campaign needs/goals & brand values
Reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating collaboration terms, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with key influencers.
Providing influencers with campaign guidelines, product information, and creative assets.
Monitoring influencer content deliverables, while ensuring adherence to campaign briefs and timelines.
Facilitating content approvals across our clients and influencers.
Updating client spreadsheets with influencer-level metrics and campaign updates.
Keeping influencer information up to date using our influencer relationship management tool.
This position is a 3-month contract role with potential to hire long-term. We are looking for someone who is able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
This role is fully remote, and the candidate can be based anywhere in the US.
Qualifications
1-2 years' professional working experience in an assistant or coordinator role
Experience building and maintaining influencer relationships.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding program management and organizational skills.
Quick-learner who takes direction and feedback well.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Airtable, and Slack preferred.
