Typical projects include residential subdivision, land lease communities, townhouses, commercial and industrial developments, working alongside well-known local and national developers. We are looking for a
Senior Civil Designer
to join our
Urban Development team
in
Brisbane . In this role, you’ll take the lead on delivering high-quality civil design solutions across a diverse range of urban and land development projects, helping to shape sustainable and vibrant communities across the region. This is a great opportunity for an experienced designer ready to take on more responsibility, drive technical excellence, and mentor junior team members. You’ll work closely with a skilled and supportive team on projects that make a real impact. You’ll be backed by a strong network of senior professionals, including Technical Directors, in a collaborative environment that values innovation, career development, and work-life balance. What do we need from you
An advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant qualifications 5+ years’ experience working in Urban Development is desirable Strong abilities with the use of 12D and CAD systems Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment What's in it for you?
