Position Overview:
The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning creating and executing social media strategies that grow brand awareness increase engagement and drive measurable results across all digital platforms. This role requires a mix of creativity data-driven decision-making and strong understanding of online trends. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with the company's goals. Plan monthly content calendars campaigns and posting schedules. Identify new opportunities trends and emerging platforms. Content Creation
Create high-quality content (captions visuals short videos) tailored for each platform. Work closely with designers video editors and influencers to produce consistent brand messaging. Maintain a strong and consistent brand voice. Community Management
Monitor comments messages and mentions across all platforms. Engage with the audience to build strong community relationships. Respond professionally to customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed. Analytics & Reporting
Track analyze and interpret social media performance metrics. Provide weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Optimize posting times content types and strategies based on data. Campaign Management
Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads TikTok Ads Instagram Ads). Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations. Brand Development
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and identity. Maintain consistent messaging across all digital channels. Suggest new creative ideas for brand growth. Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of social platforms: Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube X LinkedIn. Excellent communication writing and storytelling skills. Ability to analyze data and make insights-based decisions. Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite Hootsuite Buffer Canva CapCut etc.) Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads TikTok Ads). Basic graphic design and video editing skills. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles. What We Offer (Optional Section)
