Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and Stock options

You’ll be a fit if you…
Have at least 2 years of experience designing products
Believe all products can and should be beautiful
Want to build the foundation and set the design standard for tools in the wealth space
Care about the tiny details and how things feel
Willing and able to just go figure stuff out :)
Have worked on complex B2B products
Built products from scratch
Know or write frontend code/use tools like Cursor/v0/Claude Code
Health, dental, and vision coverage.
$150 monthly gym stipend.
Free lunch and dinner.
Compensation $175K to $275K base salary + initial equity grant + annual performance-based equity bonuses.
