Business Development Representative
for our client, First Atlantic Restoration. This is a new position reporting to the Sales Manager and based out of the Newport News office, covering the Middle Peninsula territory.

Position Overview:
This successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales by helping others in times of crisis. This individual must display a caring and helpful spirit of Giving First in order to create a win-win situation for the customer as well as First Atlantic Restoration. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating relationships with strategic partners, developing mutually beneficial relationships with key contacts, and generating leads to hit an established annual sales goals.
Essential Skills and Abilities.
Effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
The willingness to learn and effectively execute First Atlantic’s sales process
Computer literate (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Competency in problem-solving and decision-making
Effective territory management of the assigned contact database with regular updates regarding visits and activity
Ability to work as a team player
Accountability for new leads developed daily to build sales volume
Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience with customers during extreme times
