Hilton Grand Vacations seeks an In‑House Sales Professional to present and sell our luxury vacation ownership products to prospective owners. The role focuses on generating sales volume while upholding the brand’s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Conduct resort tours and present Hilton Grand Vacations products to prospective buyers.

Maintain effective and timely communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and follow‑up.

Collaborate with Quality Assurance managers to resolve guest‑related issues.

Participate in all sales training and meetings to stay current on product updates.

Apply Hilton Grand Vacations selling concepts and use email, telephone, online/virtual communication.

Follow HGV inventory selling guidelines and complete sales online using approved technology.

Generate referral leads from existing customers.

Promote a positive work environment and adhere to core values and policies.

Work well within a team environment.

Qualifications

Valid Real Estate License and minimum 1 year of timeshare sales experience.

Minimum one year of proven sales experience; 6 months of previous timeshare/vacation ownership experience preferred.

Proficiency in reading/writing/speaking English.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Strong communication and partnership skills.

Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Capabilities (Advantageous)

Previous luxury goods or services sales experience.

Two years of proven track record negotiating and closing high‑end sales.

Experience selling branded timeshare or vacation ownership products.

Uncapped commissions and competitive earning potential of $150,000‑$400,000+ annually (performance‑based).
