Regus
Community Associate – Regus (Winfield, IL)
Regus (part of IWG) is looking for a Community Associate to work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, building and maintaining a community within a center and handling administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business.
Address: 1N131 County Farm Road 60190 Winfield Illinois
The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining your own community within your center. You will manage all administrative and support needs for your customers so that they can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before your center opens to make sure everything is ready and check that there’s nothing the cleaners have missed. Customers arrive throughout the morning with various requests – from Wi‑Fi code changes to package inquiries – and you help them accordingly. You also handle service requests, ensure invoices are accurate, and provide guidance on using the center’s resources. Take time for quick coffee breaks, and later in the day you will assist with printing, handle service ticket creation in the portal, and support customers with drill‑down needs. After the coffee break, you will collaborate with the Community Manager to plan the next week’s networking event, write e‑invitations, print and post flyers, and engage prospects about joining the IWG community. At the close of the day, you will ensure all customer meetings are wrapped up, recommend nearby restaurants, and tidy up the center before you head home.
