Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
Passionate about AE & Aerie product: educate guests on product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Innovative problem solver: proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
Team player: always willing to assist the team.
Integrity: do the right thing and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
Qualifications
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
Love AE and Aerie products.
Worked in retail before.
At least 16 years of age.
Pay / Benefits
Base pay range: $17.00/yr - $18.70/yr
Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including relevant experience and location.
Associates may be eligible for paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion.
