This is a hybrid role for the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area.
Some travel may be required approximately 1-2x per quarter for photoshoots and content creation. Additional travel may be needed during peak seasons, such as Black Friday.

Boba Tea Protein is seeking a Social Media Manager who has two key strengths: Content Creation Community management This person should be a relatable personality to our gen z audience and comfortable being a face of the brand on TikTok / IG Reels. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that brings our brand to life across platforms through engaging content and storytelling. We're looking for someone who not only understands social media platforms—but also deeply passionate about health, wellness, and, of course, boba. Content Creation & Publishing
Film and edit content for our TikTok and IG Reels. Generate and execute monthly content calendar. Design engaging posts, stories, and short-form videos that align with current trends and cultural moments to boost audience interaction. Distribute content across TikTok and IG. Community Engagement
Foster a vibrant online presence by promptly responding to comments, messages, and tags in a voice consistent with our brand. Spot and seize opportunities to engage creatively in conversations, driving brand relevance and visibility. Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to roll out unified campaigns that support launches, brand milestones, and key initiatives. Ensure all social strategies align with broader business objectives through strong cross-functional collaboration. Trend Awareness
Keep a finger on the pulse of social media trends, features, and platform shifts to inspire fresh, forward-thinking content ideas. Suggest new approaches to maintain a competitive edge and cultural relevance. Performance & Insights
Monitor and track key performance indicators like engagement, reach, and conversion to evaluate content effectiveness. Deliver actionable insights and reports to continuously refine content strategy and campaign impact. Experience & Skills
Demonstrated at least 1-year of hands-on experience with both creating video content and managing the community. Demonstrated success in producing compelling content across Instagram and TikTok. Strong writing and editing abilities, with an instinct for expressing a brand’s unique tone and personality. Comfortable using analytics tools to track performance and guide content strategy. Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling, emerging trends, and strong design sensibilities. Highly organized and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Bonus points for familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms. Qualifications
No degree required, but degrees in creative advertising, visual communication, graphic design, or other relevant degree is preferred. How to apply
