Enhancement Crew Foreman

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all tasks related to landscape enhancement which include installation of hardscape, turf, shrubs, and trees, as well as completing basic irrigation and drainage tasks, and other duties as assigned
Must be able to take direction, lead, delegate, train, and support others in a positive and patient manner
Ensure proper procedures, processes, and quality of work are followed and achieved
Understand and meet production and project schedule deadlines without sacrificing the quality of work
Safe use of diverse landscape tools and equipment such as jackhammers, skid steers, compactors, trencher, blowers, hedge trimmers, mowers, weed trimmers, etc.
Maintain a clean and orderly job site including the office, yard, and company vehicles
Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles
Follow job site and vehicle safety procedures
Attend training classes and seminars as requested by Branch Manager
Active Driver’s license with at least two years of driving experience
