The Opportunity
Good Inside is looking for a talented and strategically-minded
Senior Product Designer
to join our fast-growing product team. This role will help elevate the design of our mobile app, both delighting users and reducing as much friction as possible. As a Senior Product Designer, you will work closely with the product team to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs that help parents understand Good Inside, convert them, and drive habitual engagement. This role reports to our Principal Product Designer. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our Midtown Manhattan office. Your Skills & Experience
Experience:
5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs for consumer products. Expertise:
Proven track record of designing products that drive habitual user engagement. Tools : Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira Data-Driven:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable design improvements. Communication:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders. Adaptability:
Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving. Organization:
Exceptional organization and project management skills Autonomy:
Ability to take ownership of projects, and drive design solutions from start to finish while keeping teams aligned. What We Offer
