Your Mission: Turning Data into Stories That Drive Action As a Property Secured Servicing and Default Senior Strategies Professional, you won’t just analyze numbers—you’ll uncover the stories behind them. You’ll transform complex mortgage portfolio data into clear, compelling narratives that influence strategy, improve performance, and deliver measurable results.
Working closely with leaders in Collections, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, and Investor Relations, you’ll design risk-based segmentation, enhance operational strategies, and evolve workflows—all with one goal: to increase customer engagement and positively impact the bottom line. Your ability to craft insights into actionable stories will help shape decisions that matter.
What You’ll Do
Tell the story behind the numbers: Prepare and present mortgage performance insights that resonate with leaders across Strategy, Collections, Credit Risk, and Product.
Design strategies that speak volumes: Develop and implement enhancements that improve performance and drive long-term impact.
Track and narrate progress: Maintain robust performance reporting that highlights trends and opportunities.
Collaborate to create alignment: Partner with Product, Finance, and Credit Risk to ensure strategic initiatives deliver expected outcomes.
Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
3-5 years of experience in collections analytics and/or credit risk analytics
SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL / Alteryx / DBeaver or other data mining experience; Tableau
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
Passion for 'story telling' through data
Strong statistical background or experience in measuring operational strategies
Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to partner with various internal stakeholders
Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels and functions
Able to thrive and prioritize in a changing environment
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative study preferred (Math, Finance, Science etc.)
Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F, 8A to 5P
