This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. Candidate must be located in MI, TN, or GA. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and driving lead generation efforts. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic business planning. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying prospects and converting leads into valuable customer partnerships. Qualification

Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends, business opportunities, and data-driven decision-making Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members 3 years experience as a Freight Broker Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and qualify new business opportunities Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive client experience Proven ability to meet and exceed sales or business development targets A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills Solid knowledge of CRM software is a plus Seniority level
