We are looking for an Product Designer to create high-quality, user-friendly, and efficient digital products. In this role, you will be part of cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, developers, and analysts to build impactful and scalable digital solutions. You will develop innovative UI/UX solutions, and play a key role in creating user centred products.
Responsibilities
User Research: Conducting interviews, competitor analysis, usability testing, and analyzing user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Data Analysis and Evaluation: Interpreting research results, working with metrics (SUS, NPS, etc.), conducting usability audits of platforms, and forming recommendations for improvement.
Digital Solution Design: Creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, as well as information architecture maps (IA) and user journey maps (CJM, Story Map, Impact Map, etc.).
Interface Design: Developing visually appealing and accessible user interfaces that adhere to design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and usability of the digital product.
Design Iteration and Adaptation: Continuously testing and refining designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
Requirements Must have:
3+ years of experience in product design (preferably in SaaS, B2B, or complex systems).
Deep knowledge in UX/UI design, usability best practices, and user behavior principles.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and experience with Atomic Design methodology.
Hands‑on experience with prototyping tools (Principle, After Effects, ProtoPie, SmartAnimate).
Experience working with design systems and building scalable UI components.
Data‑driven mindset with knowledge in A/B testing, user analytics, and performance optimisation.
Ability to communicate UX solutions to the team and stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Experience working in cross‑functional teams (developers, product managers, analysts, etc.).
Readiness to work in conditions of rapidly changing requirements and adapt to business challenges.
Excellent English (B2+) for communication and documentation.
Nice to have:
Experience working with B2B products.
Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.
Basic understanding of front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience in graphic design, branding, or 3D.
