to act as a primary advisor for individuals entering the high-end personal development space. In this role, you will use your strategic acumen to help clients architect a business that reflects their authentic purpose.
Tasks Responsibilities
Market Analysis & Outreach:
Use advanced networking strategies to identify professionals looking to exit the "Compliance Trap" and enter a high-autonomy consulting career.
Consultative Enrollment:
Lead high-level discovery calls to determine if our media-based curriculum is the right fit for the prospect's professional goals.
Implementation Mentorship:
Guide new partners in the rollout of their own brand strategy, ensuring they are using our "Director" model effectively for maximum impact.
Identity Reframing:
Use our core mindset frameworks to help clients overcome "Counterintention" and move into a state of decisive action (Full Motion).
Community Leadership:
Contribute to the growth and culture of our global consultant network through shared insights and strategic collaboration.
Requirements Qualifications
Strategic Background:
Experience in brand strategy, high-level sales, or corporate leadership development.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:
A desire to operate independently while representing an award-winning global brand.
Instructional Excellence:
The ability to teach and mentor others in the application of personal mastery tools.
