$20.47 – $26.35 per hour (determined by experience)

Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the WDCE Marketing department by managing website content, running social media campaigns, executing email marketing initiatives, and analyzing marketing data to drive decisions. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical and communication skills, and flexibility to shift focus among various tasks.

Required Qualifications

2 years’ experience in digital marketing, including web maintenance, social media, email marketing, and analytics

Proficiency with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, basic HTML)

Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to work with various database platforms

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to complete tasks independently and collaborate within a team

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

Experience with email marketing software (e.g., Constant Contact)

Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)

Job Duties

Maintain and update website content using CMS tools

Schedule and post content on social media channels

Create, test, and send email marketing campaigns

Assist with regular reporting on key marketing metrics

Other duties as assigned
