Position Title Marketing Manager
Employment Status Full‑time / Direct‑hire employment. Exempt role.
Employer Work Model Flexible hybrid 3 onsite / 2 remote work model effective first day of employment.
Position Summary The
Marketing Manager
plays a critical role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the firm’s brand, promote services, and support client engagement across sectors. Working in close partnership with the Business Development Manager and the Director of Marketing and Training, this role manages campaign planning, digital marketing, creative direction, and event marketing. The
Marketing Manager
ensures consistency in brand expression across platforms and materials and oversees projects that contribute to firm growth and visibility.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in LAW FIRM marketing is required.
Experience managing creative projects and working across multiple channels.
Skills & Attributes
Strong project management and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and an eye for design.
Collaborative, proactive, and solutions‑oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience marketing MCLE or training programs.
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
Experience supporting conference exhibit strategies.
Annual Compensation/Salary & Benefits This is a full‑time, direct hire position paying 140K - 160K (DOE/DOQ) and offering a comprehensive & robust benefits package, 401(k), generous PTO, paid parking onsite, etc.
