The ideal candidate would have 1 – 3 years’ experience in the marketing or advertising field. This position is the nucleus of our agency and a training ground to learn every aspect of the business for growth within the organization. The individual will support the account and project management team in defining and executing integrated marketing solutions for clients. They will coordinate workflow internally between all departments using our project management system. The position will be directly responsible for maintaining the project production process internally including creative, digital, and web tasks, timelines, project tracking, and resource allocation. They will be coordinating resources and workflow while assisting with implementing strategies to ensure we deliver on our promise. The candidate must be a quick learner and understand the objectives of our clients programs and its impact on our business. Critical thinking and data optimization skills are a must. The candidate must be a highly motivated, positive, organized self-starter who can work well with a variety of tasks and adapt quickly to different business needs and projects. From day one, the candidate must be accountable, detail and task oriented, and able to deliver valuable, accurate and professional results and communications on time. Skills

Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing Knowledge of project management techniques and tools Critical thinking, problem solving and strategic planning Must be well-organized and a team player Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people Professional appearance and persona Strong work ethic and client centric attitude Works well under pressure and on deadlines Manage spreadsheets and reconcile placement and costing for campaigns and production Responsibilities

Serve as the direct link between the account executive and the other departments, managing day-to-day project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Reporting and management of time allocations and profitability of accounts Supports Account Executives and Senior Management team to provide ongoing campaign support and business strategies Manages the project production process for agency accounts and internal agency departments Defines project requirements/specifications, steps, tasks and requirements against scope Tracks & analyzes staff time and project timelines Directs, manages and monitors account workflow. Control changes in scope and end of project closing requirements. Constantly monitors, communicates and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders, including fiscal responsibility Provides market research support, trends data, and build strong client focused strategies to support communications and marketing plans. Stays plugged in to new trends and developments, particularly within our client’s industries Communicates with clients as needed in a professional and responsive manner Effectively participates and contributes as a member of the team and builds relationships across teams within the agency Requirements

Outstanding communication (both written and verbal), organization, and time management skills Ability to solve problems positively, quickly and creatively while adapting to change Exceptional attention to detail and follow through Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize projects effectively Capability to work proactively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment, understand customer needs and build relationships Experience with digital analysis—CTR, PPC, and related concepts Proficient with a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing communications preferred 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related field, but willing to train the right person Salary Range

Salary range is $50,000 - $65,000 depending upon skills, relevant experience, and location Equal Employment Opportunity
