The Graphic Designer Role will support a high-performing commercial real estate firm and will be responsible for the creative and aesthetics marketing and business development materials on behalf of the firm. This position provides creative input to the team, including coordination and execution of marketing collateral (marketing flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, etc.), recommendation on design direction, concept, production, and deliverables.

Job Description

Hands-on, skilled designer who can thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Create and maintain marketing materials and presentations to include a wide array of elements such as case studies, BOVs, offering memorandums, email blasts, social media graphics, maps, etc.

Provide marketing coordination with internal and external marketing and branding on behalf of Phoenix Commercial Advisors

Assist in the coordination of proposals and presentations from concept to completion and collaborate with various team members ensuring all information and content is integrated into final deliverable

Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layouts making appropriate changes and is responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy

Assist in special projects as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

2+ years of experience in marketing or closely related field

Or any similar combination of education and experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Expert level proficiency in Adobe Create Suite (emphasis in InDesign)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Ability to work alone and in a team environment

Proven ability to provide excellent customer service both internal and external

Exceptional organizational and project management skills

Detail and deadline oriented

Experience with Word Press preferred

Proficiency with social media platforms

Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate is a plus

This is an onsite position.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $53,000 - $60,000
