Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and data?driven Marketing Operations Analyst to build and run the engine of our fundraising strategy. You will own our most critical marketing and fundraising toolHubSpotand be responsible for the data, processes, and multi?channel campaigns that fuel our firm's growth. Who You Are An Experienced Marketer :
35 years of professional experience, ideally in B2B marketing, marketing operations, or database administration within finance, tech, or a related industry. A CRM & Marketing Automation Expert :
Deep, hands?on experience with HubSpot (preferred) or a similar platform (e.g., Salesforce). Comfortable being the companys go?to expert. Meticulously Process?Oriented :
Thinks in systems and has a passion for creating and maintaining flawless processes for data management and campaign execution. A Master of Execution :
Determined to manage a high?quality, multi?channel outreach program while maintaining perfect data hygiene. A Proactive Communicator :
Excellent written communicator capable of drafting professional and compelling investor?facing content. Driven and Ambitious :
Excited to grow with a firm and interested in evolving into a senior role in Marketing, Investor Relations, or Data Strategy.
What Youll Do
Marketing Automation & CRM Management :
Become the undisputed owner and expert of our HubSpot instance, managing data integrity, process automation, and campaign execution. Perform regular database audits to cleanse data, enrich profiles, and ensure our CRM remains a reliable source of truth for investor?facing activities. Manage and segment distribution lists for newsletters, events, and targeted outreach campaigns. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution : Systematically identify and research prospective investors using intelligence from sources such as WithIntelligence, Preqin, Pitchbook, and LinkedIn. Manage and execute a high?quality email outreach program, crafting personalized communications to schedule introductory meetings for the Managing Partners. Analyze and report on outreach effectiveness to refine strategy over time.
Investor Relations : Manage the investor portal, ensuring timely distribution of quarterly reports and fundraising materials; assist clients with the subscription process. Act as project manager for inbound investor requests, tracking and resolving them efficiently. Attend key investor meetings to capture notes and manage follow?up tasks within the CRM. Organize and coordinate all investor events, including quarterly advisory committee meetings, webinars, and the annual investor meeting.
