We’re looking for a Junior Brand, Print & UX Designer with strong visual taste, exceptional attention to detail, and a genuine love for both print and digital design. This is a hands‑on role for someone who brings positive energy, learns quickly, and is excited to grow in a fast‑paced, highly crafted brand environment.

You’ll support packaging, marketing collateral, social content, and UX projects, working closely with Brand, DTC, and Operations teams across all touchpoints. We’re looking for someone who stays curious, pays attention to what’s trending (especially on social), and cares deeply about how things look, feel, and land.

What You’ll Do

Packaging & Product Design (Print)

  • Create production-ready artwork for product bottles, cartons, pamphlets, sachets, and limited editions
  • Review dielines and approve digital and physical proofs with print suppliers
  • Design assets such as order inserts, shipping boxes, customer cards, one-sheets, and education decks
  • Support website and email design and management projects alongside the Lead UX Designer
  • Prepare UX flows in Figma and hand off files to development

Social Media (Instagram)

  • Create and produce organic IG content (static + Reels), from concept to posting
  • Edit videos using Photoshop & After Effects (incl. simple filming when needed)
  • Support paid social creative (Stories, Reels, static ads)

Marketing, Stockists & Events

  • Create bi-monthly assets for stockists and affiliates
  • Support campaign launches, one-off requests, and event-related creative

General

  • Support creative concepting and production
  • Help maintain an organized creative asset library

Required Skills & Experience

Must‑Haves

  • Foundational print knowledge (print‑ready files, dielines, proofing)
  • Strong interest in video and motion, especially for Instagram Reels
  • Comfortable with Photoshop; experience in After Effects
  • Hands‑on, 360° mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Strong visual taste and ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment

Nice‑to‑Haves

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, fashion, or luxury
  • Familiarity with email, organic, or paid social creative
  • Experience supporting campaigns or launches

Tools

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects preferred)
  • Figma
  • Google Slides / Drive

Experience Level

  • 2+ years of professional experience in digital, print, brand and UX design, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands
  • Training and mentorship providedCuriosity, eagerness to learn, and passion for print + video matter most
  • Reports to VP of Brand & Creative
