UX Designer – Provider & Agency Solutions

Sabot Consulting is seeking a UX Designer to conduct user research and design digital experiences for the clients Provider and Agency Hub expansion. This role will ensure user needs and accessibility standards are met for new license types and agency users. You will help transform complex workflows into intuitive, accessible digital experiences that empower providers and agency staff.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research for new license types (HCBS, Foster Care, EIDBI).
• Facilitate research sessions and workshops to understand workflows and pain points.
• Create workflow maps, process documentation, user personas, and journey maps.
• Collaborate with State UX strategists for design consistency.
• Ensure requirements use plain language and are accessible.
• Support content strategy for multi-language requirements.

Must Have:

• 3+ years in User Experience Design; 4+ completed projects.
• Expertise in UX research, content strategy, and design.
• Experience with stakeholder interviews, workshops, and journey mapping.
• Ability to work with complex organizations and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience with government or regulated industries preferred.
• Competency in human-centered design methodologies.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with content strategy for multicultural/multilingual user bases.
