Job Expectations

• Drive regional sales growth by managing large industrial accounts and developing new business opportunities within advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Lead customer engagements for automation and robotics solutions, supporting validation, testing, prototyping, and integration with OEMs and machine builders.
• Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across industries such as medical devices, electronics, automotive, aerospace, and biotech.
• Utilize CRM tools extensively to manage pipelines, track activities, and forecast sales performance in a commission-driven environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to expand market presence in the U.S., ensuring customers receive technical guidance and high-value automation solutions

Travel: Up to 50%

Compensation: $125K-$145K Base Salary + commissions
