Production & Large Format Print Specialist.
In this role, you’ll be a versatile team member, supporting our digital printing, large format printing, bindery, and finishing operations — stepping in wherever you’re needed to keep projects moving smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Large Format Production – Operate digital printers, cutters, and finishing equipment to produce banners, posters, signs, and more.
Digital Print Operator - Operate digital copiers to produce a wide variety of print material, like business cards, booklets, postcards etc.
Bindery & Finishing – Trim, laminate, mount, fold, and package printed products with accuracy and care.
Team Support – Act as a floater across departments, helping wherever production demands are highest that day.
Quality Control – Inspect finished products and make adjustments to ensure top-notch quality.
Delivery and Installs – Assist with preparing, delivering and installing jobs to clients as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in print production, bindery, or large format graphics (preferred, but we’ll train the right person).
Ability to learn new equipment and processes quickly.
Strong attention to detail and pride in doing work right the first time.
Flexible mindset — willing to jump in where needed.
Team player with good communication skills.
Comfortable being on lifts and ladders.
Valid driver’s license (for occasional deliveries).
