Data Entry Specialist
The Data Entry Specialist will review documents for pertinent information and enter the information into a database or spreadsheet. This position may support the following corporate functions: Industries & Environment Natural Resources Job Functions. Responsibilities include: Review various documents Enter lab data information into a database or spreadsheet Track progress against a known case load Maintain an efficient review process to reduce data entry error Identify inconsistencies and errors in gathered data General lab knowledge Qualifications: Education and Experience: HS Diploma or GED (Required) MS Office package, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook knowledge (Required) Licenses and Certifications: N/A Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to transcribe data Good reading comprehension Computer Skills: Physical Demands of the Job: Stand: Occasionally Move or traverse: None Sit: Constantly Use hands: Constantly Reach with hands and arms: Occasionally Climb or balance: None Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl: None Talk/hear: Frequently Taste/Smell: None Lift/carry/push or pull: Occasionally 5 lbs Additional Information: Pay Range
