Job Category: Manufacturing/Operations Job Description: KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st. Job Duties: Provide support and direction to Shipping Technicians Convey and support team goals Package and load product on trailers Collaborate with Transportation, Manufacturing Managers, Customer Service and other KI Facilities Communicate professionally with outside carriers and onsite truck drivers Participate in continuous improvement activities Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required Team Player Computer knowledge including BPCS, Microsoft Office Forklift experience Ability to train on any shift Positive Attitude Physical Requirements: Working in areas where it can get warm Working in a smoke free environment Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow Shift: This is a 1st Shift position Hours are Monday - Friday, 5 am to 1 pm Overtime during busy season KI offers a welcoming work culture with competitive benefits for eligible employees.
