Caregiver/Home Health Aide
All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for compassionate individuals who want to provide individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Our goal is to identify those who want to feel awesome about their job every day. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties as assigned. Qualifications: No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided. Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver's license. Effective verbal and written communication. Capable of working responsibly with confidential information. Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment. Successful completion of pre-employment background check. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, talking and listening, close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Ability to type on a computer keyboard. Noise may be moderate to loud. Temperatures in home-like or office settings may vary.
