RMA Receiving Specialist
The RMA Specialist is responsible for processing and managing Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs). This role ensures that all returned products are handled efficiently, inspected for quality, and processed according to company policy and industry standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Receive and process returned materials accurately Verify RMA documentation and ensure all required information is complete Inspect returned materials to determine the condition and identify defects or issues Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of findings Report trends in product returns and quality issues Coordinate with internal departments, including repair, warehouse, product support, and sales to facilitate efficient RMA processing Manage the storage and organization of returned materials in the Blue Box (A50N_A1) Identifying if items will be returned to vendor, go back in inventory, or be repaired Generate and maintain work orders for in-house repairs Report unusable returned to Receiving Supervisor to determine next steps Ensure that all returned materials are properly labeled and tracked in the inventory system Assist in inventory audits and reconciliations related to returned products Implement and monitor corrective actions to address recurring quality issues Document RMA processes and maintain up-to-date guidelines Report repair status, turnaround times, and inventory Communicate parts needs to purchasing in support of maintenance as needed As needed, back up receiving needs, receiving shipments, verifying receipts (quantity, quality, etc.), maintaining accurate records, and assisting in other receiving issues Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations Support and demonstrate Core Values: Integrity, Commitment, Accountability, Compassion, Quality, Growth, and Positivity. All other duties as assigned Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent One (1) to three (3) years of progressive and relevant work experience in receiving. Warehouse environment preferred. Basic Math and computer alpha numeric data entry abilities Forklift training and certification or ability to obtain certification required; Skidsteer operation experience helpful
