Folio Specialist
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Folio Specialist within our ALE Solutions division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in St. Charles, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a minimum 96% accuracy on all audited folios and achieving the production goal set by the Team Lead. You will report directly to the Folio Department Supervisor and regularly collaborate with policyholders, hotel chains, and brands. As a Folio Specialist, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Home office set up (Working hours 8-5, M-F) Company-issued equipment Formal, Virtual training The responsibilities of the role will include: Reconciling the folio with our internal database and online bank account Determining which folio discrepancies can be billed vs. need resolution while following department procedures Delivering high levels of customer service to policyholders when processing reimbursement checks Assisting with or fully completing resolutions to folio discrepancies with hotels via fax, email, or phone Processing high-priority customer requests with expediency.
