Location: Suwanee Pay Rate: $17 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift

As a member of the Production Assembly team, you will: Assemble and solder electronic components, such as connectors and cables, adhering to technical specifications, blueprints, and detailed work instructions. Conduct thorough inspections of assembled products to identify defects and ensure compliance with established quality standards. Execute functional testing of electronic products and components to validate performance metrics. Utilize hand tools and soldering equipment to assemble electronic circuits and components, with strict adherence to safety standards in soldering and wiring processes. Operate and maintain automated assembly machines and tools, ensuring equipment is calibrated for optimal performance to support production efficiency. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly activities, including work orders, part numbers, lot numbers, and quality control metrics. Promptly communicate any issues or discrepancies to your supervisor and proactively identify and resolve assembly-related issues. Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment and report any safety hazards to management immediately. Effectively package finished electronic products to ensure proper handling and protection during shipment. Job Requirements
Previous experience in the electronics industry, specifically in production assembly. Proficiency in soldering, crimping, and electrical testing.
