PCB Assembly Technician
Work with an assembly team in multiple sections. Utilize gages, calipers, and soldering irons to build PCB boards. There cannot be any dust or particles in PCB's. Will be building circuit boards, cameras, flexes and other sensitive electrical systems. Will also be working with software and upload on smart phones which will be part of the controller for viewing purposes. Starting Pay: $25 - $26. After 6 months, can make up to $28-$30/hour (after conversion). Shift: Day: M-F 6am-2:30pm Swing: Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am (Candidates will be paid OT after 8th hour to compensate for lack of differential) Proficient at assembling small, complex mechanical components Experience with soldering (or willingness to learn) Proficient in following assembly documentation and ability to execute verbal/written instructions with consistency and accuracy Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Ability to maintain clean and orderly workstations / production areas Excellent at communicating ideas and problems to technicians and engineers Assembler, production, hand tool, assembly line, electronics, PCB, Circuit Board, Circuit Assembly, solder, soldering, electromechanical assembly Assembler,production,hand tool,assembly line,electronics,pcb Prior manufacturing experience working with circuit boards, cameras, flexes, or other sensitive electrical systems Executing tests with specialized fixtures and equipment Troubleshooting and reworking electronics or other complex mechanical assemblies Operating precision measuring equipment Manager wants people that are trainable, coachable, and reliable. Must be approachable to feedback Interest and passion in world's class drone manufacturing Entry Level This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hayward, CA.
