Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Weekend Baylor CNA to join our team! As a Weekend Baylor CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care on our weekend shift. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with feeding, ambulating, and transferring residents as needed Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, including infection control and proper disposal of waste Requirements
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nebraska High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds What We Offer
