What is Required (Qualifications)

7+ years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management

Experience in the healthcare technology space, specifically with payer, provider, or vendor

Proficient in handling complex negotiations and account management

Advanced analytical skills to interpret sales data and performance metrics

Experience working with risk adjustment software

Expertise in strategic sales planning and customized client solutions

Ability to lead and mentor junior sales team members

In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitor activities

Proficiency in advanced sales reporting and analytics tools
