Inside Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Engineer to become an integral part of our HVAC SERVICE/SALES division at Corporate Mechanical of New England! This person will work closely with and will be responsible for supporting our Sales Account Managers in the service department. The Inside Sales Engineer will be productive by utilizing standard department processes by focusing on customer and employee satisfaction. This candidate will work closely with the Sales team to estimate and propose HVAC service work that lines up with the company's vision and financial objectives. This individual seeks new customer growth through proven, effective sales methods focused on profitability. The result is a team-oriented, customer-satisfaction-driven, profitable service sales department. This position is located in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Essential Duties:
Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations
Quote work orders/projects / PM agreements under the direct supervision of the sales account manager and/or Director of Service
Support service contracts/work orders/projects as follows:
Have a complete understanding of each customer’s service contract
Ensure services are being performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract
Coordinate with customers, service supervisors, technicians, dispatchers, etc. to ensure all customer needs are met
Work closely with the technicians and service coordination team to ensure timely responses to customer needs and timely issuance of billings/invoices.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills to communicate with internal staff, customers, vendors, and subcontractors
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Strong ability to manage customer accounts successfully
Demonstrated pleasant, friendly demeanor
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience in HVAC service, installation, or sales
Bachelor’s degree in sales preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in CRM software preferred
Must have a valid driver’s license and an operating vehicle
