What you can expect

The Sales Manager will play a key role in supporting the company business growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of the current assigned portfolio with a multi-service approach in the specific area of Region Lombardia.

The main activities will be:

Hunting of new customers, within the segment of medium and large customers

Developing the customer portfolio in the assigned geographical area (Lombardia / Italy) actively contributing to the company growth

Supporting the current customers with a consultancy approach, also through customized data analysis

Up and cross selling activity of DKV products and services

Participate at business trade fairs and other events

Presence on field on a daily basis

What makes you stand out

Previous experience, at least 5 years, in Sales on field in a structured company, preferabily in customers acquisition process

Effective Communication and Negotiation skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong data driven approach

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently and effectively

Good knowledge of English (at least B2)

Proficient in the use of CRM and Excel

Residence in Milano (at least in Region Lombardia)

High level of commitment, accountability and flexibility
