to join our expanding team. If you're passionate about transforming homes and delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview: As an Acrylic Bath Installer, you’ll be responsible for the professional installation of acrylic tub and shower systems. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands‑on, dependable, detail‑driven, and experienced in residential remodeling. This is a
1099 contractor position .
Key Responsibilities:
Complete one‑day bath remodels using carpentry and construction skills
Follow company installation procedures to ensure consistent, high‑quality results
Maintain a clean, respectful, and professional presence in customers’ homes
Educate homeowners on product care and post‑installation maintenance
Handle necessary paperwork, photos, and job documentation
Keep your work vehicle stocked and organized with tools and materials
Adapt to on‑site challenges and problem‑solve as needed
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim work, or residential remodeling
Strong measuring and layout skills (tape measure, level, combination square)
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Basic plumbing skills a plus
Proficient with common power tools (e.g., drills, saws)
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Willingness to travel up to 35 miles from our office (trip charges apply for distance)
Additional Requirements:
Reliable work vehicle and personal tool set required
Must have capacity to transport full installation materials, including large acrylic panels
Proof of liability insurance is required, and workers comp. insurance or waiver required for 1099 workers.
Workers’ compensation insurance required for contractors who bring employees/helpers
