Senior Product Manager, Billing at GEICO

Base Pay Range: $131,200.00 – $229,600.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to define and deliver the billing roadmap from conception to launch.
  • Break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering partners to help deliver billing solutions.
  • Define product requirements for billing solutions, coordinating and communicating across workstreams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product discovery and delivery, ensuring alignment of resources.
  • Generate and use compelling artifacts (vision documents, roadmaps, progress updates) to influence stakeholders.
  • Partner with user research, design, and engineering to own and prioritize a long-term (6+ months) product roadmap.
  • Run experiments within an enterprise A/B testing and experimentation framework on complex web and mobile applications.
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust the roadmap based on data.

Basic Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Product Management.
  • At least 5 years translating epics into consumer or associate-facing products.
  • At least 5 years in billing or payments industry experience.
  • At least 5 years managing all aspects of a product feature from concept to delivery.
  • At least 3 years of AB testing consumer-facing experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
  • Knowledge across multiple functional areas such as Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Insurance or fintech industry experience preferred.
  • High sense of accountability and strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Master’s degree in a technical field such as software engineering, computer science, or engineering management.

Annual Salary

$131,200.00 – $229,600.00
