Job Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (email, social, video, print, broadcast, and digital).
Maintain and update River‑Run.com, including SEO, content updates, reviews/widgets, and lead capture.
Manage day‑to‑day social media activity across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Build and launch branded outreach campaigns (mail, email, call, and digital) to support sales initiatives.
Support the sales team with campaign materials, content coordination, and lead follow‑up.
Track marketing performance in the CRM; implement efficiencies and AI tools to improve results.
Conduct market research and identify opportunities for media coverage and campaign placement.
Develop industry‑ and service‑focused campaigns and manage ongoing client communications.
Build and manage partner marketing pipelines, including Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
Create client‑facing content and visuals; simplify complex information into clear, usable formats.
Manage vendors, print contractors, and marketing inventory.
Assist with trade show and event planning, coordination, and on‑site execution.
Respond to basic prospective client inquiries and route leads appropriately.
Skills & Experience
Two years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts, and media negotiations.
Critical thinker with strong problem‑solving, research, and analytical skills.
Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Proficient in gathering large amounts of data and converting it into meaningful analysis.
Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex information into a user‑friendly format.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (CS), and web editing packages.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
Physical Demands
