Job Summary:
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role is at the heart of our Logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses excellent organizational skills, and prioritizes Safety in all tasks. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking customer orders from warehouse shelves, carefully packing items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will also be involved in receiving incoming inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse. Key responsibilities include utilizing RF scanners for inventory management, adhering to picking and packing accuracy standards, and ensuring all shipments meet our quality control requirements. The ability to perform consistent Lifting of items is a requirement for this position. Compliance with all Safety regulations and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
