What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll be the face of Reagan in a defined territory, creating smart, targeted outdoor advertising solutions that deliver results. You'll work independently while being backed by a strong internal team committed to your success.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Driving new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
• Meeting with local and regional decision-makers to craft tailored advertising strategies
• Managing and growing a pipeline of client accounts with a long-term partnership mindset

• Presenting, negotiating, and closing high-value contracts

• Collaborating with our creative and operations teams to execute effective campaigns

• Acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in your territory

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (media or advertising preferred)
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Confidence in presenting and negotiating with decision-makers
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing a full sales cycle

• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must reside in or near Southwestern Indiana (remote work eligible with local presence)
